New Priorities:
*Anti Social Behaviour/ Noise and breaches of licensing conditions at
The Mountaineer Public House
* Buses using Colmore road as a short cut and causing traffic issues.
* Large volume of vehicles parking in Colmore Road, some inconsiderately during school hours.
Previous Priorities:
*Parking issues outside Allens Croft Primary School
A meeting has been held at the school. Staff from the childrens centre and school have been encouraged to park on the designated car park at the side of the school. Some railings have now been put up outside the school. A capital funding bid is to be made for more railings and a pedestrian crossing. Councillor Leddy is pursuing the painting of school zig zag markings.

Other Updates
A ‘Respect’ workshop was held at the end of March at The Den Youth House. 12 young males aged 12-19 from the local area attended and received inputs from Police including Firearms Dept, Youth Offender Team and the Government Anti-Youth Violence worker. The session was well received by the young people
The Respect Workshop was followed by a five a side football match between police and over 16s ‘youth’ teams at Swanshurst Leisure Centre. It was a hard fought match with the youth team being the eventual winners.
Several members of the youth team and some girls from the area are now working with the Youth leaders and police towards their junior coaching level 1 award, which will allow them to coach younger people.

*Alarm constantly ringing Pershore Road (near to 3 Horse Shoes)
*Trees needing trimming on Cartland Road near to Pumping station
Previous Priorities:
*Anti Social Behaviour in open land at the rear of Ribblesdale Road. Query as to who is responsible for fencing the area.
PCSO Stor and the Environmental warden have both made site visits to the area. The owner of the land has been identified. Consideration is to be given for a gate.
*Tarmac surface breaking up in garage area at rear of Falkland Croft
This was debris on the surface which has now been cleared away.
